Welcome to my blog.

My name is Bridget and I live in New Jersey. I grew up in a small village in England with my parents and sister. I relocated to the USA in 2002 with my husband and 3 children.

I wanted to start this blog to share with others the interesting things that seem to come my way. There is no easier way to share with you all.

In this blog I hope to share with you my love of food and the  Weight Watcher challenge that brings. I like the outdoors and a natural lifestyle. I like to knit, sew and bake when I can find the time.

I have AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis, diagnosed Dec 2012) and a daughter who has Spondyloathropathies at the age of 12 (diagnosed Feb 2013). This has instigated some lifestyle changes and increased my stress levels.

We have three dogs, One Westie and 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who are constant entertainment.

    I am just wondering if you can help me, I saw an amazing picture of the Full English Breakfast on your blog, which I will be more than happy to use it. I am working in Leeds (UK) at the Thackray Medical Museum and I am designing a leaflet for our new series lectures.
